I’ve Been Where You Are
In 2019, I was leading global projects and always “on.” Pushing through long days. Ignoring the warning signs.

But behind the scenes, I was running on empty. Tired. Disconnected. Unfulfilled.

My skin broke out so badly, I wanted to hide my face in every meeting room. My digestion was all over the place.
Then burnout hit.
And I had to face the truth:
My habits were draining me.
My energy had no foundation.

So I did what I never made time for.
I finally paid attention to my health.

I studied Functional Medicine. Became a certified coach. Rebuilt my energy from the inside out.
